“ When in Vietnam we were booked into a hotel with a Michelin star restaurant so it would be rude to eat anywhere else especially as British fine dining is my wife’s favourite past time. Easy to book and although we were not seated next to the window we still enjoyed the views of the City by night from our table. We chose the tasting menu and enjoyed course after course of excellent food that was well prepared, well presented and full of special tastes. 2 courses were finished and presented at our table by the Chef (from Leicester - another plus!). The very special touch came from Joey who served us for most of the evening and was very attentive making our dinner very memorable through our conversations about food, the City and local culture.
